Harmonic Gearing with Integrated Cross Roller Bearing
The CSF-CR1 series is a high-performance, zero tooth backlash gearhead that integrates a cross roller output bearing. Simplifying customer mounting and design, the CSF-CR1 offers superior motion control performance in a compact space, superb positional accuracy and repeatability to ± 0.25 arc-sec. An optimized tooth profile and wave generator shape allow for a greater area of tooth engagement, high torque capacity and torsional stiffness. The standard CSF includes an Oldham coupling on the wave generator input. For zero lost motion between the input motor shaft and wave generator, the wave generator can be modified for direct mounting to the input shaft. Standard sizes are available with torque capacities to 372 Nm. High torque options, larger units, and customized units are available upon request.
