The TG-24T Instrumentation Wire Compression Seal Feedthrough from Conax Technologies features a Teflon,Ñ¢ or GraFoil,Ñ¢ sealant and is designed for use with 24 AWG solid Teflon,Ñ¢ insulated thermocouple grade wires or copper wires. It is suitable for applications involving sealing wires that exit compressor bearing housings, pressure vessels, instruments, furnaces, and reactors. The feedthrough has a pressure rating ranging from vacuum to 8000 PSIG (551 bar), depending on the specific configuration. It operates at a wire rating of 100VDC and can withstand temperatures up to 500 ¬8F (260 ¬8C). The feedthrough body and followers are made from 303 stainless steel, with options for different cap styles that provide various mounting capabilities. Each assembly comes with 24 inches of wire on each side, with the option for longer lengths if required. The replaceable sealant allows for repeated use, and elements can be easily assembled or replaced in the field.
