The WG F8 series is a family of solid state relays with MOSFET output, designed for switching DC loads up to 400 VDC and currents up to 10 A. All variants feature a 3 to 32 VDC input range, maximum input current of 25 mA, and isolation of 1500 VDC between input and output. The relays have a maximum turn-on time of 2 ms and turn-off time of 0.1 ms, with a maximum PWM frequency of 250 Hz. Operating temperature ranges from -20 to +80°C. The package is a PCB-mounted, solder-pin design measuring 43.2 mm × 30.5 mm, made of glass-filled polyester with thermally conductive epoxy potting, weighing approximately 20 g. External protection is recommended for inductive loads.
