The WG 660 D series comprises solid state relays for switching AC loads up to 660 VAC with zero-crossing or random turn-on options. Each uses back-to-back SCRs with an internal 47 Ω / 5 nF snubber and operates on a 3 to 32 VDC control signal with a maximum control current of 22 mA. Load current ratings range from 10 A to 125 A, with a peak off-state voltage of 1600 V and an on-state voltage of 1.6 V peak. Isolation between input and output is 4000 V, and the operating temperature range is -20 to +80 °C. The housing is glass-filled polyester with an aluminum base plate for models rated 50 A and above. The series is cULus and VDE approved.

For switching applications in three phase systems, the WG 660 series offers excellent reliability due to high noise immunity (maximum peak-off-state voltage of 1200/1600V) and extremely good dv/dt characteristics (partly with integrated overvoltage protection).
