The WG 480 D series is a solid state relay for switching AC loads up to 480 VAC with DC control input ranging from 3 to 32 VDC and a maximum control current of 22 mA. The relay uses a back-to-back SCR output with an integrated snubber circuit and offers zero-crossing or random turn-on options. Load current ratings vary by model from 10 A to 125 A, with a peak off-state voltage of 1200 V and an on-state voltage drop of 1.6 V peak. The device provides 4000 V isolation between input and output, operates from -20 °C to +80 °C, and has a turn-on time of up to 11 ms or 0.1 ms depending on type. It is housed in a glass-filled polyester case with an aluminum base plate and terminal screws, and is rated for 50 MΩ isolation resistance. Approvals include cULus and VDE.
