The TPQ2-1 is a thermal interface pad designed to replace thermal grease in high-heat-transfer applications, particularly between solid-state relays and heat sinks. It consists of a 0.006-inch-thick composite of aluminum foil coated on both sides with thermally conductive Sil-Pad rubber, with a thermal impedance of 0.22°C-in²/W at 50 psi and a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/m-K. The material is non-insulating, has a continuous operating temperature range of -60°C to 180°C, and meets UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Its dimensions and shape are optimized for hockey puck-style SSRs.
