The 38 Series consists of general-purpose PhotoDMOS relays with a 600 V load rating and 80 mA continuous load current. Available in SOP, DIP, and SMD packages with 4, 6, or 8 pins, the relays feature an on-resistance of 40 Ω typical and a maximum LED drive current of 3.0 mA. I/O isolation withstands 1500 Vrms for SOP configurations and 3750 Vrms for DIP and SMD, with optional 3750 Vrms for SOP and 5000 Vrms for DIP/SMD. Off-state leakage is 1.0 μA maximum. The devices meet UL File E344988 and operate from -40°C to +85°C. Packaging options include tape and reel for SMD and SOP variants.
