The 31 Series is a family of photoDMOS relays designed for general-purpose switching with a 350 VAC peak or DC load voltage rating. Available in SOP4, SOP8, DIP4, DIP6, DIP8, SMD4, SMD6, and SMD8 packages, all variants feature a typical on-resistance of 17 Ω and a maximum off-state leakage current of 1.0 μA at 350 V. The input LED operates at a maximum current of 3.0 mA, with an input power dissipation limit of 75 mW. I/O breakdown voltage is 1500 Vrms for SOP packages and 3750 Vrms for DIP and SMD variants, with optional configurations reaching 3750 Vrms for SOP and 5000 Vrms for DIP/SMD. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C, and the relays are UL listed under File E344988.
