XPL2010-501 is a shielded power inductor in the XPL2010 series, designed for high-efficiency power conversion in compact designs. The part features a composite core, magnetically shielded construction, and RoHS-compliant tin-silver-copper terminations. It measures 2.0 mm × 1.0 mm × 1.0 mm (L×W×H) and weighs 20 mg. The inductance is 0.50 µH with a DC resistance of 0.040 Ω max, a saturation current of 2.64 A at 30% inductance drop, and a rated RMS current of 2.3 A for a 40°C temperature rise. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified, operates from -40°C to +125°C ambient, and withstands up to three reflows at +260°C. Packaged in 8 mm wide embossed plastic tape on 7″ or 13″ reels with 2000 or 7500 pieces per reel respectively.
