The TTWB3015 is a surface mount wideband RF transformer with a 1:1.5 impedance ratio and a 3 dB bandwidth of 0.07-225 MHz. It supports a maximum DC current of 250 mA, has 400 V interwinding isolation, and handles up to 1/4 W RF input power. The transformer uses a ferrite core with RoHS-compliant tin-silver-copper terminations, weighs 0.37-0.43 g, and operates from -40°C to +85°C. It withstands three reflow cycles at +260°C and has MSL 1 moisture sensitivity. Packaged in 1000-piece 13-inch reels on 16 mm wide tape with 12 mm pocket spacing, the device is a 6-pin surface mount component with dimensions of 0.240 x 0.035 inch and a recommended land pattern of 0.170 x 0.040 inch.
