The MSD7342-563MLC is a common mode choke from the MSD7342 series, designed for simultaneous common- and differential-mode filtering in power and signal line applications. It measures 7.5 mm square and 4.6 mm high, with a ferrite core and RoHS-compliant matte tin over nickel over phosphor bronze terminations. The device provides 200 Vrms winding-to-winding isolation for one minute and operates from -40°C to +85°C ambient with a maximum part temperature of +125°C. It has an inductance of 56 µH per winding at 100 kHz, a DC resistance of 0.46 Ω per winding, and a rated current of 0.58 A, causing a 40°C temperature rise at +25°C ambient. The common mode impedance is 41.03 kΩ at 7.9 MHz, with a differential mode cutoff frequency of 40 MHz. It is packaged in 16 mm wide embossed plastic tape on a 7″ reel, with a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
