The MSD7342 Series are shielded coupled inductors designed for flyback, SEPIC, buck, and zeta converter applications, featuring tight coupling (k ≥ 0.97) and 200 Vrms winding-to-winding isolation. The MSD7342-124MLC variant has a rated inductance of 120 µH per winding with a maximum DCR of 1.03 Ω, a typical saturation current of 0.70 A at 10% inductance drop, and an Irms current rating of 0.55 A with one winding energized. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum part temperature of +125°C and meets AEC-Q200 Grade 3 qualification. The component is housed in a surface-mount package with dimensions of 7.5 mm × 7.5 mm × 4.6 mm, features a ferrite core, and is supplied on 7-inch reels with RoHS-compliant matte tin terminations. Moisture sensitivity is rated MSL 1, and it supports up to three reflows at +260°C.
