The MSD1260 series consists of shielded coupled inductors designed for flyback, SEPIC, Zeta, and multi-output buck circuits, with tight coupling (k ≥ 0.98) and 500 Vrms isolation between windings. Devices are available in a 12.3 mm × 12.3 mm surface-mount package with a height of 0.484 inches. The MSD1260-224 variant has an inductance of 22 µH ±20% per winding, a DC resistance of 0.116 Ω max, and a saturation current of 1.76 A. It operates from -40°C to +85°C ambient with a maximum part temperature of +125°C, meets AEC-Q200, and is rated for three reflows at 260°C. Packaging is on 13-inch reels of 500 parts with EIA-481 embossed plastic tape.
