Our quality mechanical and electrical engineering staff in our Automation Group utilized the innovative Infrared (IR) technology to manufacture this IR Welder. Quite often, if a product can be hot plated welded it can be IR welded. Advant ages of IR Welding versus traditional hot plate welding consist of the following: reduced power consumption, reduced warm-up time, reduced cycle time, reduced welding time, increased flexibility, and no contact application.
