The TV-4D is a 4-way, 3-position toggle valve designed for air applications, featuring outlet ports that open to the atmosphere in the center position. It can be configured as spring-centered, 3-position detent, or with a detent on one side and spring return on the other, allowing for versatile control options. The valve operates at a maximum input pressure of 150 psig and has a flow rate of 4.5 scfm at 50 psig and 7.5 scfm at 100 psig. Constructed with a brass body, nitrile seals, and a stainless steel spring, it is suitable for use with various actuators, including manual, air-piloted, electrical, or mechanical types. The toggle requires an 8 oz. nominal force to rotate and features a mounting thread of 5/8-32, with nuts and lockwashers included.
