The A2H series is a sealed automotive relay with SPST NO or SPDT contact arrangements, rated for 50A at 14VDC and switching up to 75VDC, designed for PCB pin or quick connect mounting. It has a compact 26.0 x 26.0 x 22.7 mm footprint, operates from -40°C to +125°C, and features AgSnO2 contacts with ≤50 milliohms initial contact resistance. The A2HF variant includes a mounting flange. The 12VDC coil draws 1.6W, with a pick-up voltage of 7.8V and release voltage of 1.2V, and operate and release times of ≤10ms each. A diode suppression circuit is integrated, and the relay meets a mechanical life of 10M cycles and electrical life of 100K cycles at rated load. Insulation resistance is 100MΩ min., with 750V rms dielectric strength between coil and contact.
