The CHDC-D400AD/ADH Series is a 400A DC contactor with a single Form A contact arrangement and Ag alloy contacts, designed for high-current switching in applications such as electric forklifts, trains, and uninterruptible power supplies. It features bolt terminal mounting with an M8 connection, weighs 670g, and is rated for 105/80VDC switching with a maximum switching power of 42,000W. The coil operates at 12, 24, 48, or 60VDC with 8.6W power consumption, and contact operation time is ≤40ms. It meets UL508, IEC60947-4-1, and GB/T 14048.4 standards with cULus and CCC certification. The contactor has an insulation resistance of 1,000 MΩ, dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC between coil and contacts, and operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. The protection grade is IP00 and it is RoHS and REACH SvHC compliant.
