Chemetall Metal Forming Compounds and Fluids - Drawing and Stamping Draw Clean VO

Draw Clean VO is a special liquid formulation that provides the excellent lubricating and cooling action needed to lessen heat build-up between tool and work piece in certain metalworking operations. It's successfully used for such operations as light metal forming of both painted and unpainted stock as well as stamping and punching.

Form: Liquid Apply by: Flow on method, swab, dip Process(es): Light forming, stamping and punching of painted and unpainted stock. Can also be used for fin stamping operations involving aluminum and aluminum alloys. Approval(s): Contains ingredients acceptable to the FDA Draw Clean VO is a solvent-based vanishing oil that gives the lubricating performance necessary for light duty stamping and blanket operations. It does contain a lower flash solvent system which results in little to no residue upon application.
