A non-silicated, non-phosphated low foaming liquid alkaline cleaner capable of removing large amounts of buffing compound. This completely non-etching cleaner is specifically designed as a pretreatment for bright work such as lighting reflectors. Although Cleaner 1200 is capable of removing large amounts of buffing compound, it is not designed to emulsify oils. The cleaner is operated at 5 to 20 % v/v at 120°F to 180°F for 2 to 10 minutes.
