The Sanitary Cartridge Valve SCFSS (SCV-075-SS) is a stainless steel check valve designed for use with sanitary ferrules. It features a compact design that fits within a single fitting, eliminating the need for additional space in the line. The valve seals on the internal diameter of ferrules using replaceable food-grade seals, with FDA EPDM as the standard material. It is compatible with various fittings, including Alfa Laval Bevel Seat and Tri-Clamp¬Æ fittings, as well as Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Q-Line and S-Line fittings. The valve can also function as a low-pressure relief valve or vacuum breaker, depending on the spring settings. The SCFSS is rated for a maximum pressure of 1000 PSIG at 100¬8F for sizes 3/4,Äù to 1-1/2,Äù and 725 PSIG at 100¬8F for sizes 2,Äù to 4,Äù. The valve is constructed from 316/316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.
