CeramSource can provide customized design and material selections, supply kinds of precast shapes for different furnaces, such as holding and melting furnaces for aluminum industry; supply products with complicated shapes, like delta roof for electric arc furnace, iron runner trough, purging plugs, well blocks, slag buffer, impact, etc. Different materials for different service can be supplied too, like high alumina, alumina-spinel, magnesia, etc. CeramSource has the capability to source precast shapes ranging from 5 lbs in weight to 25,000 lbs.  Our plant has the capacity to reach a top temperature of 800 degrees Fahrenheit. They have mobile capacity to fast dry steel shell vessels to a temperature of 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. With extensive refractory knowledge and a combination of lab facilities in our plants, their precast facility has an elite advantage to meet and exceed expectations while saving cost for our customers.
