The PN4392 is an N-channel silicon JFET in a TO-92 package, designed for analog switching and chopper applications. It has a maximum gate-drain and gate-source voltage of 40 V, a power dissipation of 625 mW, and an operating junction temperature range of -65 to +150 °C. Its drain-source saturation current (IDSS) ranges from 25 to 75 mA at VDS=20 V, and the gate-source cutoff voltage (VGS(OFF)) ranges from 2.0 to 5.0 V. The on-resistance (rDS(ON)) is up to 60 Ω at ID=1.0 mA and VGS=0. Turn-on and turn-off times are specified up to 15 ns and 35 ns, respectively, under rated conditions. The device meets RoHS standards.
