MPS5306 is a NPN Darlington transistor in TO-92 case with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 25 V, collector current of 2.0 A, and saturated collector-emitter voltage of 1.40 V at 200 mA. It has a minimum hFE of 7,000 and maximum of 70,000 at 5.0 V and 2.0 A, and a base-emitter voltage of 12 V. The device is designed for amplification and switching applications.
