Celduc Relais Solid State Relays STD03205

The STD03205 is a DC solid state relay with non-polarized DC input control and DC output, designed to be pin-to-pin compatible with electromechanical relays. It operates with a 10-30 VDC control voltage and handles up to 2.5 A continuous load current at 24 VDC, with a peak surge current of 12 A for 1 ms. The output has a maximum on-state resistance of 150 mΩ and a peak on-state voltage drop of 0.5 V. It features an integrated transient voltage suppressor with a clamping voltage up to 60 V and meets EMC immunity standards IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5. The device is housed in a 4-SIP package and operates within a temperature range of −40 °C to +100 °C. Maximum junction temperature is 125 °C with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 12 °C/W.
