Celduc Relais Solid State Relays SPD07505

The SPD07505 is a DC solid state relay with a 24V AC/DC non-polarized input and a 5A DC output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for electromechanical relays. It is packaged in a 4-SIP case and weighs 18 g. The relay supports a load voltage range of 0-30 VDC, with an on-state voltage drop of 0.3 V and an on-state resistance of 60 mΩ maximum. It features an integrated transient voltage suppressor with a clamping voltage of 60 V maximum and can withstand non-repetitive surge currents up to 25 A for 1 ms. Turn-on time is 2 ms maximum, and turn-off time is 18 ms maximum at 10 Hz switching frequency. Input control voltage ranges from 12-30 VDC, with a control current of 9.3-10.2 mA at nominal voltage.
