Celduc Relais Solid State Relays SOP65070

The SOP65070 is a peak start solid state relay designed for switching the primary of transformers, with an output voltage range of 100 to 480 VAC and a nominal current rating of 9 A under AC-56a conditions with a heatsink. It uses back-to-back thyristors with TMS2 technology for extended lifetime and features a bicolor LED for status indication: green for ON and red for fault. The relay requires a 5.5 to 32 VDC control signal, has an input leakage current of 15 mA at maximum voltage, and enforces peak switching to minimize inrush current. It includes internal varistor overvoltage protection, an input-to-output isolation of 4000 Vrms, and operates within -55°C to +100°C ambient temperatures. Mounting on a heatsink is mandatory. The device conforms to IEC/EN60947-4-3 and has IP20 protection with optional terminal flaps. It weighs 80 g and is housed in PA 6 material with a tinned aluminum base plate.
