Three-phase solid state relay designed for resistive and motor loads, with an output voltage range of 24-520 VAC and a control input range of 4-30 VDC. Features back-to-back thyristors with TMS² technology, zero-cross switching, and built-in VDR+RC over-voltage protection. Rated for 30 A AC-51 (resistive) and 12 A AC-53 (motor) at 40°C, with a peak blocking voltage of 1600 V and I²t of 2800 A²s. Mounted on a heatsink or DIN rail adapter, with IP20 protection and a compact aluminum base. Built to IEC/EN60947-4-3 and IEC/EN60947-4-2 standards, with 4000 VAC input-to-output isolation and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Includes green LED input indicator and direct copper bonding (DCB) technology.
