CECOR Air Operated Sump Cleaner, 400 Gallon SA5-400TW

Description
CECOR’s Big Sump Shark air sump cleaners cut coolant cost. With suction lift of 26 Hg, SA5 big tank Sump Sharks suck waste oil and coolant from machine tool in minutes. Vacuum displacement principle means nothing passes through the pump, but flows directly through the filter in the tank. Solids remain in the filter and coolant is pumped back to the machine tool or transported for batch recycling. Tow transport features tow bar with pintle-eye hitch to accommodate in-plant tugs or tractors. These units are also available on a CB1 base (see options) for mounting on trailer or truck. The 16” hinged door with a 2-1/2” drain port makes tank cleaning easy. All discharge ports are valved. Hose and three cleaning tools (straight, flexible and flared nozzle) are included. (*The truck mount option is currently limited to 400 gallon or less.) Safety Features CECOR is the only sump cleaner to offer a three-step system to prevent overpressurization for air sump cleaners. Pressure Regulator – controls the operating pressure (6 psi) set at factory. Pressure Relief Valve – goes off at 8 psi (loud, unmufflered sound) alerting operator Rupture Disk – Shuts the unit off at 15 psi CECOR units come with a pressure gauge. Many other sump cleaners don’t. We believe it’s important to understand what is going on inside the tank and how your Sump Shark is performing. The first step in a recycling program is cleaning the sump and filtering coolant. Start now by partnering your machine tools with a CECOR Sump Shark. Air- operated sump cleaners in the SA5 series larger sump cleaners have tank sizes of 300-, 400- and 500-gallons. Tow transport with pintle-eye hitch provides easy towing. Conveniently operates on existing plant air.
