A medical tape constructed with a 1.3oz spun lace nonwoven heat welded to a 1.0 mil polyurethane film and coated with a medical grade adhesive system. The product is suitable for direct skin bonding and also exhibits good conformability and rapid wet-out to a variety of substrates. The lighter weight non-woven helps to provide greater breathability while the PU layer also adds a water barrier while still maintaining breathability.
