Description
CAMGT CamGT is a compact, high-efficiency vertically pleated filter used in turbomachinery air inlet system where low operational pressure drop and reliability are important. The construction of CamGT features patented vertical pleats for drainage, hot-melt separators and a patented double-sealing design. The filter media packs are bonded to the inner surface of a robust plastic frame that features double sealing to eliminate bypass. An improved, reinforced frame provides for a 100% leak-free product and a solid header. The vertical pleats and open separators allow trapped water to drain freely from the filter during operation, thus avoiding re-entrainment of dissolved impurities and maintaining low pressure drop under high humidity conditions. Each filter grade is individually optimized for lowest pressure drop and maximum life. A polyurethane gasket is permanently fixed to the filter frame, limiting the risk of filter leakage during installation. CamGT filters are tested for efficiency in accordance with the European standard for air filters EN 779:2012 (class range F8-F9), EN 1822:2009 (E10-E12) and ASHRAE 52.2:1999 (MERV 13-16) and serialized on the product label.
