The fan gets its power from the 3 pin motherboard connector and has a failure warning circuit built in.
Replacement Fan for this item is ACC104367, or to replace with a fan that has a 4 pin plug, use ACC104167, PLEASE NOTE: The four pin type doesn't have a failure warning circuit.
