The new Portable Beveling Machine is designed for beveling plates in an auto feed mode. The PortableBeveling Machine can travel along a plate's edge in any direction and perform beveling without anyassistance from an operator. All that is required to do is to position the guide rail along an edge, selectrequired beveling angle, place the beveling machine on the rail, set the travel speed and start milling. ThePortable Beveling Machine has a milling head equipped with a set of high quality carbide inserts. Thanksto its unique properties this tool can mill all types of metal including stainless, aluminum and composites.The automatic beveling machine is equipped with a microprocessor based control system to protect themachine, the tool and most importantly the operator. Bevel angles from 0° to 45°* can be milled and thelength of the guide track can be extended to any required length.
