The HSMS-285x zero bias Schottky detector diodes have been designed and optimised for use in small signal (Pin<-20dBm) applications at frequencies below 1.5GHz. They are ideal for RF/ID and RF tag applications where DC bias power is not avialable. Tangential Sensitivity (TSS) = -57 dBm @ 915 MHz Voltage sensitivity (GAMMA) = 40 mV/uW @ 915 MHz Video Resistance = 8KOhms; Vf = 150 mV @ 0.1 mA, 250 mV @ 1 mA; CT = 0.3pF Not recommended for use above -20 dBm. - use HSMS-282x instead for large signal applications. Not recommended for applications above 1.5 GHz
