The dual-channel ACPL-074L digital optocouplers have a 15MBd minimum data rate.
The digital optocouplers utilize the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding high speed performance with very low power consumption.
The basic building blocks of the ACPL-074L include high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
ACPL-074L optocouplers are available in the SOIC-8 package style.
