SweepEx Brooms make good sense because they offer excellent performance and are economical to purchase and operate. Replacement brush section kits are available for all SweepEx Mega, Pro and Value Brooms. We recommend replacing the brush sections when the bristles have worn down to 50% of their original height. Due to friction on rough pavement surfaces, the bristle tips wear to a knife-like point and lose sweeping efficiency. Worn brushes offer less surface contact area and may leave streaks and smears and debris on the pavement. We recommend rotating the brush sections periodically, simply move the back row of brushes to the front and the front sections to the rear of the brush. This will offer extended brush life. Damaged brush sections should always be replaced. This will ensure your SweepEx brush is operated at maximum efficiency. Replacment brush strip sections fit easily in your existing SweepEx broom.
