Recirculating Chillers are designed for precise temperature control or cooling below ambient temperatures. Compressor-based Recirculating Chillers offer outstanding performance and high reliability as well as quiet operation and ease-of-use. Components inside the chiller have been performance-matched for quiet operation. Vibration-isolation of the compressor (and pump in RC006-RC045) and foam padding on panels minimize vibration noise. Aavid chillers can be designed with Positive Displacement Pumps (PDPs), Centrifugal Pumps (CPs), or Turbine Pumps (TPs). Custom PID controllers and advanced refrigeration control circuits ensure that the chiller maintains ±0.1°C (0.2°F) stability. Our high performance components enable Aavid Recirculating Chillers to meet high reliability standards in even the most demanding applications with standard chillers including a 2-year warranty. Aavid custom Recirculating Chillers are designed to accommodate customer requirements including different process fluids, performance specifications, electronics and controls, dimensional and hardware specifications for integration, and regulation and certification compliance. With a wide variety of pumps, controllers, and additional safety and monitoring features, our Recirculating Chiller line is highly configurable to help meet specific application requirements. Our engineering teams also help configure existing components or select custom components to fabricate the right chiller for your project.
