G (G) stands for glass, and CF30, CF40, and other grades are given depending on content.
PEEK GF Ball
It is a PEEK-based product that can be used permanently in hydrothermal and steam without any physical changes.
When glass fiber is added to PEEK GF, the expansion rate is lowered and the flexural modulus is increased.
Because glass fibers can be worn when used on mating surfaces,
their use is limited to applications requiring bearing properties or wear resistance.
