The MRFE6S8046GNR1 is an N-channel enhancement-mode lateral MOSFET designed for GSM and GSM EDGE base station applications from 864 to 894 MHz. It is packaged in a TO-270 WB-4 Gull wing plastic case with an exposed source terminal on the backside. The device operates with a drain-source voltage up to 66 Vdc and a gate-source voltage range of -6.0 to +10 Vdc, supporting a case temperature up to 150 °C and junction temperature up to 225 °C. It is internally matched for ease of use, featuring integrated ESD protection per JESD22-A114 Class 1C, EIA/JESD22-A115 Class A, and JESD22-C101 Class III.
