The MPC9653AFA is a 3.3 V compatible, 1:8 PLL-based clock generator designed for high-performance clock distribution in telecom, networking, and computing applications. It supports output frequencies up to 125 MHz with a maximum output skew of less than 150 ps, making it suitable for demanding clock applications. This device features zero-delay operation and can drive up to 16 clock lines, utilizing an external PLL feedback mechanism. The internal PLL is guaranteed to lock down to 145 MHz, with an output frequency of 36.25 MHz. The MPC9653AFA accepts differential LVPECL reference clock inputs and provides LVCMOS compatible outputs, capable of driving terminated 50 ,Ѷ transmission lines. The device is packaged in a 32-lead LQFP format and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0¬8C to +70¬8C. It is pin and function compatible with the MPC953 and MPC9653, allowing for easy integration into existing designs.
