The MPC8265ACZUMIBC is a member of the PowerQUICC II family of integrated communications processors from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It features a dual-issue integer core based on the EC603e microprocessor architecture, supporting clock frequencies ranging from 150 MHz to 300 MHz. The processor includes separate 16-Kbyte data and instruction caches, a memory management unit (MMU), and a floating-point unit (FPU).
