The BTS7205U is a dual channel Receiver Analog Front-End module (RX AFE) available in a lead frame HVQFN package. The BTS7205U is designed for 5G mMIMO Infrastructure applications. The BTS7205U includes 2 independent receive channels with a low noise amplifier (LNA) with variable gain control. Each channel also has a switch for high-power TX signals. In addition, each channel has a separate TX signal bypass to RX output via a coupler. The device is matched to 50 Ohm and integrates harmonic and out-of-band filtering which minimizes the layout area in the application.
