Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. UNO S Polishing Column 720-0029

Description
Pkg of 1, 4.6 x 10 mm, 0.16 ml, prepacked polishing column for late-stage purification UNO monolith ion exchange columns contain a patented* continuous-bed matrix, allowing biomolecule separations at high flow rates without sacrificing resolution or capacity. In continuous-bed technology, advanced monomers and ionomers are polymerized directly in the column and aggregate into a dense homogeneous network of nodules. The resulting rigid matrix contains interconnecting channels large enough to allow fast hydrodynamic flow at low backpressures. The continuous-bed matrix yields a column with exceptional resolution, speed, capacity, and value for the separation of biomolecules. The homogeneous, nonporous continuous-bed matrix allows extremely fast mass transfer of proteins and eluent to the ionic functional groups. The UNO S columns are for strong cation exchange. Choose from the following UNO columns: UNO glass columns — provide high-resolution separation of biomolecules. The transparent glass tube allows easy bed inspection and column troubleshooting. Three column sizes provide flexibility for purification protocols UNO replacement columns — provide a simple bed replacement as an alternative to purchasing a new column; two column sizes are available * U.S. patent 6,423,666.

Pkg of 1, 4.6 x 10 mm, 0.16 ml, prepacked polishing column for late-stage purification

UNO monolith ion exchange columns contain a patented* continuous-bed matrix, allowing biomolecule separations at high flow rates without sacrificing resolution or capacity.

Choose from the following UNO columns:

  • UNO glass columns — provide high-resolution separation of biomolecules. The transparent glass tube allows easy bed inspection and column troubleshooting. Three column sizes provide flexibility for purification protocols
  • UNO replacement columns — provide a simple bed replacement as an alternative to purchasing a new column; two column sizes are available
