It is formulated for a wide range of qPCR applications. The dsDNA binding protein, Sso7d, stabilizes the polymerase-template complex, providing superior inhibitor tolerance, increased processivity, and greater speed without affecting PCR sensitivity, efficiency, or reproducibility.
