The GDM Series is a rectangular connector used in applications that require high resilient qualities for example packaging equipment, conveyor installations, or in construction machines. This series has a high loading capacity which makes it well suited for use in solenoid valves, pressure sensors, flow controllers and control systems operated in demanding physical environments. GDM Series connectors provide high IP ratings against dust and sprayed water with vibration free locking with a central screw. Optional built in electronic components such as LED status indicators, rectifiers, and circuit protection components, allow the GDM Series to be connected to devices where the functions have not been integrated. The GDM Series is built to the DIN 43650 standard, which means it is full interchangeable and can be inter-mated with any other manufacturer’s part built to the same DIN standard. This series can be used wherever a metal free environment is required, for example in the food sector and chemical industry.
