HS8727 is a SOI CMOS MMIC single pole two throw (SP2T)high power switch in a low cost miniature 1.1 mm x 0.7 mm x0.38 mm DFN6L package. The HS8727 is ideally suited forapplications where high linearity, low insertion loss, and smallsize are required. Typical applications are for handsetsystems that connect separate transmit and receive functionsto a common antenna, as well as other related handset andgeneral purpose applications. HS8727 can be used in allsystems operating up to 6 GHz requiring high power at lowcontrol voltage.
