Type XLPTC Control Cables from Basic Wire and Cable are designed for a variety of applications, featuring conductor sizes ranging from AWG 24 to 3360 MCM. The cables can be constructed with solid or stranded conductors made from materials such as bare copper, tinned copper, silver, nickel-coated copper, or aluminum. The insulation options include XLP, PVC, TPE, LSZH, CPE, CSPE, and PE, with an insulation outer diameter of up to 4.0 inches. The jacket outer diameter can reach up to 4.5 inches. These cables can be configured as single conductors, pairs, triads, multi-conductor, or composite, and are available in both non-shielded and shielded varieties. The cables support voltage ratings from 150V to 30kV and can operate within a temperature range of -40 to 300¬8C. Additional features include various shielding options, armoring in aluminum or galvanized steel, and phase identification through color coding or markings.
