Bailey-Parks Urethane, Inc. Diamondback® Ceramic Chip Liners

Description
While standard Diamondback® polyurethane sheets provide outstanding resistance to abrasion in the majority of wear applications, Bailey-Parks Urethane offers an even stronger, full-bodied ceramic chip polyurethane liner that features a higher ceramic to urethane ratio per sheet than competitive products that simply add a ceramic layer to the top of the polyurethane sheet. Diamondback® Ceramic Chip polyurethane sheets are most effective in applications with abrasion caused by small, sharp particles or very high volumes of abrasion. Grain elevators handling large amounts of soybeans have used Diamondback® Ceramic Chip liners and reported wear advantages of as much as 2:1 over standard Diamondback®. We impregnate the top 38% of the urethane regardless of sheet thickness to produce a smooth ceramic surface. Ceramic is 85% alumina with a hardness of 9 on MOH’s scale. Urethane is 85A durometer. Available Sheet Size: 4’ x 10’ Available non-reinforced, with expanded metal backing and Perfoback™ metal backing Backings & Fasteners Ceramic Chip liners use the same backings and fasteners as our standard Diamondback®
