The 438A Time Capsule is an all solid-state timing module rated at 1 ampere for Delay on Make control of any load device. The timing period is controlled by a fixed or variable resistor connected across the center two terminals of the Time Capsule. Supplied in Three Timing Ranges: (-1) is adjustable from 0.1-30 seconds. (-2) is adjustable from 1-300 seconds. (-5) is adjustable from 30-8000 seconds. To use the 438A over its full timing range, a 10 Mω potentiometer must be connected across the center two terminals.
