The SLIMDIP-W is an insulated transfer-molded DIPIPM module designed for three-phase DC-to-AC power conversion in low-power motor inverter drives operating from AC 100-240V (DC up to 400V). It integrates six RC-IGBTs in an open-emitter configuration with built-in bootstrap diodes and current-limiting resistors. The module includes drive circuits, under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection with fault signaling for N-side IGBTs. It supports 3V and 5V logic input interfaces and provides an analog temperature output via VOT. The package measures 5.5 g and operates with a case temperature range of -30°C to +115°C. The device meets UL1557 File E323585 certification and has a 2000 Vrms isolation rating. Junction temperature is rated up to 150°C, with a recommended average junction temperature limit of 125°C. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 4.0 K/W per 1/6 module.
