PSS50MC1F6 is a transfer-molded, insulated type DIPIPM integrating a 3-phase inverter, 3-phase converter, and brake circuit in a single package, designed for AC200V three-phase motor inverter drives. The inverter section features 50A/600V CSTBT IGBTs, while the brake section supports 25A/600V, and the converter section provides 50A DC output. The module has a case operating temperature range of -30°C to +125°C and a junction temperature range of -30°C to +150°C. It includes integrated under-voltage and short-circuit protection for the N-side IGBTs, temperature monitoring via an analog output (VOT), and a 5V high-active logic input interface. The device is UL1557 recognized and features an isolation voltage of 2500 V rms between terminals and the heatsink. The package measures 102.5 mm × 56.3 mm × 18.9 mm, with a recommended mounting torque of 0.98 N·m to 1.47 N·m for M4 screws.
